What happens if the forecast calls for rain?
NEPA CraftWorks events are rain or shine.
What if the weather is severely windy with downpours?
In the event that the weather is unsafe to set up, a judgment call to cancel will be made. If the event is cancelled, the cancellation notice will be sent via email by 6am on the day of the show. If the weather is only extreme in the morning, the event start time may be postponed until the weather passes. Example: the event runs from 10-4, the bad weather will move out by 9am. The event will still go on that day but run from 12-6. A 40% refund of the booth fee will be refunded if the organizer must cancel. No show credits will be given for future events.
What if there is lightening?
In the event of a passing thunderstorm, exhibitors will be asked to close up their tent and wait out the passing thunderstorms in their vehicle.
